"Fitness is about so much more than exercise. It's a catalyst for positive change, and it affects every aspect of your life." - Amanda Russell
ABOUT ME
CLAIRE REGAN
Fitness was not always my passion. Since the age of 5, I was considered obese and morbidly obese through my childhood and teen years. In 2013, I began my journey to lose over 150 pounds within 4 years. Through tracking my food, adding in exercise I enjoyed, and building healthy habits, I got closer to my goal each day. In 2020, I have focused less on "dieting" and more on how to become the happiest and healthiest version of myself.
In November of 2018, I received my AFAA Group Fitness Instructor Certification and began teaching my own indoor cycling class, Rhythm Ride. I began to teach other classes such as Sculpting, Boot Camp, Butts and Guts, Cardio Kickboxing, and more.
In August of 2019, I received my NASM Certified Personal Trainer Certification and began training clients the next week. I have years of experience under my mentor, Linda Vilagi, who continues to inspire me into being the best trainer I can be.
